The Middle Island Fire Department hosted our annual fire prevention at West Middle Island Elementary School on October 4th, 2023. Students learned about the importance of fire safety, specifically this year’s NFPA Fire Prevention Theme: Cooking Safety. Students grade K-4th Grade got the ability to go inside our ambulances, and our fire trucks and learn about all the equipment and tools we carry.
